Wer im Urlaub um Wasser betteln möchte, Sauberkeit nicht wichtig ist und arbeitende Kinder sehen möchte ist hier richtig ! Hier auf keinen Fall in den Urlaub gehen !
Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern, ein Teppich mit Flecken kann übersehen werden, da restliches Zimmer ok ist.
Wer bei all inklusive denkt er hat all inklusive ist hier falsch ! Betteln um Wasser in einem sauberen Glas, täglich - das kann nicht sein.
Service ist nicht vorhanden! Wenn Gläser die mit Lippenstift verschmutzt sind reklamiert werden, wird man vom Personal nicht an- sondern ausgelacht. Das ist eine Frechheit!
Direkte Strandlage, Meer sauber. Die Grünanlagen sind schön, außerhalb des Hotels eine Mülldeponie.

Dear Mr. Benjamin! Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay at Serenity Makadi as we value all positive or negative experiences of our esteemed guests. We kindly wish to advice on your comment that you have noticed some of children working in the hotel which perhaps you mean the young boys of minimum 18 years old, who were helping painters in decorating some new rooms, and they are not Hotel staff and were only helping outside painters contractors. We have also noticed that you've find shortage in our facilities which are included in all inclusive system. Kindly be informed that for our guests we provide 8 bars and 4 restaurants which are included in all inclusive system free of charge, which guarantee big variety of the food and beverages all day long for any taste. With regards to your comment that we didn’t meet your demand with the quantity and quality of the fresh mineral water, we wish to inform you that all the guests are getting bottled mineral water upon arrival, also they can always get drinking water from the dispensers which are available 24 hours in each building and all bars and restaurants in the Hotel, which is the agreement with tour operators who pay up for this services. We do really care about your comment with us and we try hard to ensure that all our guests are satisfied with our services and always look forward to improve any lack of service and increase our guests' satisfaction.
