The hotel rooms are only 2-3 stars and not 4 star rooms anymore. The beach and pool areas and the plants, trees and flowers are of a good standard. The food is OK and reasonable allthough we both had diariah we are not sure that it came from the hotel. Allthough we were half board we did go to eat at the Steinberger hotel 5 minutes away 2 from 7 nights as the food was much better (cost approximately CHF 40 per person). Many of the hotel rooms have degenerated and need renewal, especially the bathroom. See the guest pictures for examples (unfortunately I only found these after the holiday!). The rooms shown in the pictures advertising the hotel are the 900 rooms and can only be obtained if you pay an additional Euro 18 per day and so I felt cheated. I donnot understand how this can be allowed. We did actually pay this as we did not feel comfortable in the other room we were in. If you do not like old degenerated room pay a little but extra for another hotel

3 different resaurants with a reasonably ood selection of food.
Sometimes good and sometimes bad. People could understand everything perfectly until it came to issues on the quality of the rooms. ETI should send soebody just to stand and listen for 24 hours to the complaints that come into reception. Everytime I was there, for example handing over my key, I heard somebody complaing about the rooms. On the last day there was no hot water but I had run out of energy to go an complain.
Close to the airport (15 minutes. Some shops very close.Has its own beach which is good.
