Ich war so enttäuscht wie noch nie von einem Hotel ich Reise schon seit 20 Jahren um die Welt und nehme immer nur 4 oder sogar 5 Sterne Hotels aber dieses hier das Hotel Vista Sol was auch 4 Sterne hat hat noch nicht mal 3 meiner Meinung nach das Essen immer das gleiche wenig Sport Animation kein Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer der gebucht war kaputte Klimaanlage deswegen ständig Überschwemmung im Zimmer und Kakerlaken und Regen wuchs Dach
Wir hatten eine Strand Suite gebucht mit Whirlpool mit Aufpreis bekommen haben wir zwar eine Strand Suite aber nur mit Dusche wir beschwerten uns mehrfach beim Reiseleiter und da bekamen wir eine Strand Suite mit Whirlpool das Zimmer roch derart muffig das Bad war voller Stockschimmel das machte der alte Whirlpool auch nicht besser so behielten wir unser Zimmer mit Dusche wo die Klimaanlage kaputt war und es von der Decke regnete wir stellten überall Eimer auf und legten Handtücher aus und wenn es nachts regnete dann auch natürlich durch unser Dach
Jeden Tag Nudeln mit 3 Soßen Salat Buffett und Hähnchen und Pommes also nur Standart die Atmosphäre war billig die Leute liefen mittags und sogar abends in Badesachen zum Essen auf obwohl da ein Schild hing verboten das bin ich nicht so gewohnt sondern das man in Kleid die Damen und Herren wenigstens Bermudas erscheint die Leute luden sich volle Teller auf und ließen sie voll zurück gehen unmöglich einfach
Man musste sich sein Besteck selber holen morgens mittags und abends und auch die Kaffeetasse dreckige Tischdecken unmotiviertes Personal so was habe ich noch nicht erlebt wie es an einem Abend einen Wolkenbruch regnete gab einem die Hotel Rezeption nicht einmal einen Regenschirm null Service
Die Fahrt vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel dauerte etwa 1 Stunde aber wir fuhren auch noch andere Hotels an um Gäste abzuladen. 1 Stunde entfernt vom Hotel war ich zum Delfin schwimmen das war wirklich toll und kostete 150$ die Bilder extra nochmal 100$

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht wegen seiner angeblich so vielen Angebote Reiten Tennis ich habe nichts davon gesehen sondern jeden Tag 2 mal Merenge Tanz das wars ach ja und Aqua Jym wie überall Standart

It is only through our client´s comments that we are able to identify the areas where we need to improve and provide the necessary measures as to avoid them from reoccurring. - They received Contemporary style (which do not have Jacuzzi) but it was the same category that they have booked. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the unfortunate situation with your room allocation that made you felt uncomfortable during your holidays. Room allocation requests are always subject to availability. - Our rooms are subject to daily revisions from our maintenance and housekeeping departments; however, there might be situations that can arise during our guests stay. We deeply regret your room was supposedly affected by some maintenance issues and as a result you may have obtained a negative impression of our services. Considering our record of rooms with technical issues, the AC was properly working. The point was the balcony door. There is a sensor so if the door is not closed properly the AC stops working. - In reference to service, we are surprised and worried to hear that you are not satisfied. In fact, our warm and attentive service use to be very often highlighted and definitely it make the difference in Vista Sol Punta Cana. With regard to umbrellas, we have available at reception, depending on availability with the hotel, the procedure we use is as follows: you only have to leave a deposit of 20US and once the umbrella is returned the deposit is returned to. - We deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety both in our bars (7), buffet (1) and the specialty restaurants (3+1 Snack Bar) with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. We would like to emphasize that after a few days in a “All Inclusive Resort" everything could start being repetitive. - Vista sol Punta Cana has 3 tennis courts in front to the hotel. Our Tennis Academy is open from 8.00 -12pm & from 15.00 until 20.00 hours. The equipment can be rented from the Academy (racket between 1USD to 5USD. Also offer you either individual or group coaching at an additional fee. (This information is published in reception) Located on the beach is the Aquatic Sports Center. As part of the All Inclusive package you can enjoy non-motorized sports like – just to name a few – snorkeling, catamaran, sailing or kayaking.
