Vritomartis Naturist Resort

Dear Silke, It is really disappointing to see that you did not have a pleasant time with us. We would like to address your review and see what went wrong and how can we be blamed: Our location Our location in Chora Sfakion is pretty much advertised and mentioned everywhere. We did not place our resort in the city center but in a remote location in one of the most historical parts of Crete. We can understand if you did not like it but the descriptions and the maps we provide are pretty clear. We are a naturist hotel that embraces peace and tranquility, and this is mentioned clearly. We are really sorry if you did not like it. Room Decoration of the rooms is also displayed beforehand and it is a surprise for us as well about how we can be blamed for that. It is certainly a matter of taste and preference if you liked the decorations or not but we believe that with so many pictures of the rooms on our website there is no reason to present this as non-expected. It is certainly unfortunate, that you did enjoy our viewpoint in regards to the decoration of our rooms. Service Unfortunately, your remark on the language barrier is not even close to reality. Apart from our receptionists, who speak at least 3 languages, most of our staff are selected for their knowledge and communication skills. German language (in particular) is quite common since we have a significant amount of German-speaking guests on our premises every single year, so this particular comment, makes us doubt about the whole validity of your review. Food Our breakfast can not be described as English since the variety we provide exceeds that term and bread selection is available with at least 4 different options. We are glad though that you at least enjoyed our dinner. Sports & Entertainment Our list of activities is immense and diverse and we literally have options for everyone's taste. The blazing sun is mainly the reason why people choose us and our country, in general, for vacation. If you wanted to avoid the sun, we have to agree that you did not make the right choice choosing us for your vacation. Hotel Thank you for visiting our island so many times and while we are sorry to hear that our resort did not meet your expectation we receive the impression that you did not search enough about us before your visit. We believe that Vritomartis is created for people that enjoy naturism, sun, and relaxing vacations. Based on your comments none of these seem to be of interest to you. Negative comments are never deleted, especially if they include constructive feedback and while yours can not fit in that category we can accept your different point of view and wish you to find your destination and enjoy happy holidays next time.
