Hallo Lukas, es gibt genau zwei Tavernen vor dem Gelände und die nächste größere Stadt ist 18km entfernt. Auf dem Hotelgelände gibt es 3-4 Restaurants.

Dear Lukas, we're pleased to inform you that there are no fees for a number of sports we provide at Neptune Hotels including the sport of Basketball. However due to the fact that we offer different rates and services for those who want to play tennis (and we cannot include them all here), we would suggest you to download our app -copy the link- https://bit.ly/2SFj77W where you will be able to read the rates and information about the sports we provide. The app is very useful and includes also daily timetables for day & evening entertainment, including food&drink menus with photos and prices.

Dear Dejan, Thank you for your question. Although Superior Apartments are not the ones that are renovated, they are still very elegant rooms in good condition. They feature one bedroom and a kitchen/dining area and are suitable for up to 4 guests. For your information, please note that the room types that are recently renovated (2020) are the Deluxe Family Rooms & our Family Suites. The following room types have been renovated from 2016 till 2019: Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Twin Sea View, Luxury Suite and Luxury 2-Bedroom Suite. Hope we have answered your question. Further to our successful implementation of safety measures last year, the resort maintains an enhanced cleaning and disinfection program with a specific protocol for each hotel area. Regarding your question, face masks are mandatory at the hotel only in all indoor public spaces. At the main restaurant you can remove your mask once you are seated. Please be informed that proof of a negative test is not required however for all travelers that have completed their vaccination (i.e.14 days have elapsed since the last vaccination, depending on the doses required) & hold a vaccination certificate. The scheduled PCR testing costs 80 euros. We also provide Rapid testing which is approved by German & UK authorities for pre-departure testing and costs 28 euros. Dear Agnes, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we are not able to provide the requested service. The board option has to be either Bed and Breakfast or Half board.
