Dear Kerstin, We would like to inform you that all food items consisting of allergen ingredients are clearly, individually marked in all our menus and on the buffets. However, our kitchen is not an allergen free environment, thus we encourage guests with such restrictions to fill in our food allergies/intolerances form as soon as they will complete the booking procedure and to make themselves acquainted upon arrival to the guest service team or the F&B representative of every restaurant where all available options will be discussed in order to meet any needs.
