Dear Lutz, at first allow us to express our disapointment to read that you have not enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Further to your aforementioned comments pls allow us to add that As we fully understand that food is 100% a subjective matter we will apologize that you have not enjoyed so much our culinarische food options. Though i would add that the choices we offer are from best ingredients appreciated already by the majority of the guests who stayed in our hotel. We would like to thank you for rating 6* our service. We continue though to achieve the level we aim every day. Regarding the rooms we are convinced that they fulfill the standards of an official 5* hotel. As our aim is to be improved daily and offer to our guests the best possible services we would like to thank you for your comments and to assure that we honestly take all under consideration.
