An sich ein schönes Hotel, nur leider auch nicht sauber! Schade! Sehr viele Beschwerden über die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern mitbekommen und auch selbst erlebt. Was dann noch einen drauf gesetzt hat: eine absolut überforderte und grimmige Reiseleitung!! Es gab von einer Familie große Beschwerden, zurecht, was natürlich eine angespannte Situation war, aber die Familie nicht laut oder frech wurde, dann aber lautstark von der Reiseleitung als Psycho angeschrien und mit einer Anzeige gedroht wurde. Unfassbar!!! Die Dame sollte mal geschult werden, wie man mit solchen Situationen umzugehen hat…
Zimmer an sich schön, wären sie denn auch sauber. Betten waren allerdings top, vom schlafen her 😅
Generell nicht viel Auswahl, was jetzt aber nicht unbedingt schlimm ist. Aber das Abendessen war fast immer kalt…und das Frühstück war nicht wirklich lecker.
Da kann man nichts sagen, waren alle sehr freundlich…das einzige, was uns "gestört" hat: wenn ein Hotel zu 90% deutsche Gäste hat, warum wird dennoch nur englisch gesprochen?!? Aber nun gut, ich darf als Gast nicht erwarten, dass alle Sprachen gesprochen werden, das sehe ich natürlich auch ein.

We regret reading that you did not enjoyed your stay with us to the utmost, but, mostly, we are surprised regarding the issues that you faced, as you never informed us and every time that a member of our Staff was speaking with you, you were always saying that you were very satisfied with everything. During your stay with us, you never complained regarding anything, like the cleaning of your room or the temperature of the food, and this causes a lot of surprise to us. We always prefer, when our guest need something or if they are not satisfied with any of our services, to speak with us, in order to give us the opportunity to help them. We are always willing to help with any issue, as long as we are informed. Our main purpose is to provide the best possible service to the guests, but we also want our guest to be honest with us. When a guest does not mention anything during the stay and prefers to let us know through a bad review in the Internet, makes us feel very disappointed and it is obvious for us that, such a move is done, with sole purpose to defame our Hotel and create wrong impressions. Furthermore, we regret that you were in front of the bad incident between the Representative and the guests, but it would better if you would describe the real situation, which includes hysterical screams of the specific guests, trying to make videos of the Representative and threatening her, things that are illegal and unacceptable.
