We visited the hotel on June 20th, 2024, and stayed for ten nights. Our group was made up of seven people who had various expectations on the food availability as five were vegetarians and two were non-veg. The hotel facilities were exceptional; our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, as were various restaurants, pools, spa, reception areas, and other outdoor relaxation places including the beach. There was no shortage of sunbeds, and one did not need to go early to reserve them as they were plenty. The choice of restaurants included the main buffet restaurant which had a huge selection of food choices including a vegetarian corner and several food stations catering for barbecues, stir fry and pasta, and too many to list. The poolside restaurant catered for pizzas, burgers, and grills. There was also a Thai and Italian Restaurant. The food in all the restaurants was fabulous and more than satisfactory for the vegetarian members of our group. I would highly commend the staff, all of whom really made our stay a very pleasant experience. To mention a couple of stars were the Customer Relations Officer - Mustapha Olug, who added a personal touch in assisting to resolve our needs. Then there was the staff at the reception bar, always serving with a smile, and no effort was spared in ensuring a very pleasant service. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient, rooms are large and clean, excellent facilities and a wide variety of food. There are 3 A La Carte resteraunts but to be honest the buffet food is so good that I wouldn't necessarily visit them again, unless you prefer to have your meals brough to you there is no other advantage. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that on the one rainy day we had there was little to keep us occupied as there is not really anywhere to go other than beach or pool area as still very much a developing resort. We loved the new addition of the Olive Garden coffee hut with our favourites being Balbura Snack, the Pasta House, Pizza and Gozleme corner and the Lukka Bar. A certain few of the entertainment team seemed quite pushy sometimes especially when selling bingo tickets one of them got offended that we didn’t buy tickets from him and started to question us about it. We waren met vrienden (2 kamers) en kwamen pas ‘s nachts om 4.00 aan in hotel, dus onze eerste dag was al voorbij. Gelijk aangeven of we de laatste dag de kamer iets langer konden aanhouden (al was het maar 1 kamer). Kreeg pas op de dag van vertrek antwoord dat het alleen kon voor €70. Ik had daar iets meer service verwacht, ook omdat we over 8 weken weer komen. Rooms were spotless and as we have come to know the food here is excellent, pasta house for lunch is amazing, best pasta ever. The stir fry in the buffet is a must and we had a la carte at the Asian which was out of this world. The service at the Asian was exceptional. The snack bar is well staffed with well known and friendly staff who have all been there for a while, to say the quality of the food is great just doesn’t cut it. It’s excellent! Improved food options and outdoor spaces since last time we visited. Welcome drinks on arrival and check in was very swift. ROOMS spacious, with hairdryer, tv, shower over the bath. Rooms do require upgrading which I understand is in the plans. Nothing wrong with them other than they’re looking a bit worn and the air con unit very noisy in room 5122. OUTDOOR areas overall very clean and well-maintained, however did notice some very dirty parasols and areas around pool toilets could have been swept more often to avoid slipping. POOLS very clean, something for everyone with frequent activities in the main pool and quiet environment for relaxing at the adult pool. Water slides run 2hrs in morning and 2hrs in afternoon. BEACH beautiful, very clean with beach bar. Sea was warm in July around 29 degree water temp so very comfortable. Watersports run by an external company included jetski, speedboat tour to waterfalls, banana boat, parasailing. PIER lovely with a bar, cabanas to hire €130 with food and drinks service all day. FOOD incredible, so many options whether buffet or a la carte. Breakfast varied, freshly made eggs to order. Lunch you have either the main restaurant, pasta house, beach bar (a la carte burgers, doner, salads etc, plus self-service area for fried chicken and burgers/hot dogs). Pizza/gozleme hut freshly made to order (some additional topping options would be nice e.g cooked chicken). Dinner - main buffet is excellent with themed and gala evenings, made to order noodle station, lots of choice. The cheeses are all presented beautifully on serving trays but I was disappointed to see every platter had walnuts surrounding the cheese. As someone with a nut allergy I found this unnecessary and I could not sample the cheeses due to this which was a shame. Otherwise everything was clearly labelled with allergens. Late night snacks available if you’re still hungry!! Drinks were great, particularly from the lobby bar and the Lukka bar, lovely glasses and always nicely presented and often served with crisps. The entertainment staff were wonderful, my teenage daughter is normally quite shy, yet Omer managed to bring her out of her shell, had her up singing Turkish songs and playing darts, unheard of! The whole team were excellent, always full of energy which I was amazed at given daytime temperatures were over 40 degrees. We watched 2 shows, some acrobats and a skating/bmx show which were impressive. There was live music as well and bingo nights which were fun. SPA was good too, we had a Turkish bath/scrub and massage. The male masseur (forgot his name sorry) was knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed a long-standing shoulder issue I have, offering advice. Zu der Zeit wurde es leider renoviert und daher hatten wir nur den halben Spaß. Wir haben uns gesagt komm nächstes Jahr im Sommer gehen wir nochmal hin und wurden wie schon im April auch, nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist einfach Klasse! Wenn man nicht auf Stimmung steht und Ruhe braucht gibt es vorne einen 16+ Pool. Die jenigen die Action brauchen können in den anderen Pool Richtung Strand, wo die Animation etc. stattfindet. Der Strand und das Meer waren entsprechend sauber. Getränke international als auch national alles dabei. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und einfach lecker.Transfer zum Hotel ca. 15 min. Fahrer sehr zuvorkommend, keine probleme gehabt. Shoppingmeile vor dem Hotel und auf der Hauptstrasse. Ware mit guter Qualität vorhanden, allerdings für mein Empfinden zu hohe Preise. Restaurants auch zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn nötig.Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, was sich an den Schlieren auf dem Boden bemerkbar macht. Die Zimmer an sich sind trotzdem sehr sauber und die Putzfrauen sind sehr vorbildlich was das saubermachen angeht. Etwas gestört hat mich die Badewannendusche da diese etwas klein geraten ist. Da bleibt nicht viel Spielraum und oft war der Boden konplett nass. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war atemberaubend.Von jung bis alt alles dabei. Bei so viel Kindschaft kann es schonmal sein das man 2-3 min länger wartet, aber dafür zeigt man in der Regel auch Verständnis. Ansonsten Service immer on point und mir ganz wichtig immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, so fühlt man sich gleich viel wohler.Gastronomie top. Essen wöchentlich in Schwerpunkten geordnet.
